1:1 coaching to unravel your relationship to your love life
Whether you're navigating the chaos of modern dating, holding deep grief from heartbreak, or finding old patterns showing up in your relationship, this space for is for you.
Amy takes on select 1:1 clients twice per year. She will be opening up new spots on November 1st, 2026.
[ MODERN LOVE IS DIZZYING ]From the apps & dating norms constantly evolving to ghosting and the subtle art of a new relationship. Modern love demands resilience, and it’s exhausting.
And in a culture of hyper-independence, we’re told to do it on our own. Move through heartbreak on our own. Heal on our own. Navigate the world of dating and the complexities of a new relationship all on our own.
But we were never meant to do it entirely on our own. 1:1 coaching is a space to untangle your relationship to your love life, together. It’s a focused, dedicated container for deep work with built-in accountability.
The work is grounded in part works, attachment theory, nervous system/somatic practices, and integration-based learning.

[ FROM PAST CLIENTS ]“One of the things I’ve come to appreciate most about Amy’s work is her ability to put language to experiences I hadn’t yet been able to articulate myself. She offers perspectives that continue to shape how I think long after the conversation is over. She asks the kinds of questions that invite honest reflection without ever making you feel like you’re being pushed toward an answer. Instead, she helps you hear yourself more clearly.”

The Framework beneath the work
Attachment Theory
Attachment theory isn't about blame, it's about understanding. Ourselves. Our patterns. Our triggers. Our definition of love & how we want to reorient without ripping up the roots.
This first layer of work gives us context for everything: why certain silences feel unbearable, why you give more than you receive, and why vulnerability might feel so impossible. This builds the foundation for the rest of the work.
Nervous system & somatic work
An an open space for us to air out current love-life happenings, discuss patterns, process past experiences, get feedback, and share a supportive space. Always the most popular calls of the month!
Parts work
Parts work is a potent framework for understanding our contradictions and work within the polarization, rather than trying to silence it. This might look like working with the part of you that yearns for romantic love and the part of you that's holding you back, terrified of being truly seen.
Parts work gives us the language and space to explore different elements of the self without judgement, self-criticism, or the belief that your contradictions make you broken.
[ FROM PAST CLIENTS ]Amy's calm presence and graceful facilitation of our group circle allowed me to parse through my internal experience and safely explore realizations that were coming up for me. Amy welcomed my story with kind attentiveness, reflection and supportive frameworks. The resources and practices offered were practical, effective and a real balm for heartache - I experienced personal revelation throughout our work. Truly so grateful for how it held me during that difficult time."

A therapist for modern love, a writer, and a hopeless romantic
I’ve been obsessed with love for as long as I can remember. I probably always will be. It's the most confusing, euphoric, devastating, satiating, expansive thing we do. And it's universal. It transcends every neat label we've come up with to separate ourselves.
As an LMFT and certified breathwork facilitator, I’ve spent over 3,000 hours of sitting with couples and individuals in the messy, gritty, incredibly rewarding work of untangling relational wounds. Of sitting in the liminal space of grief, love, and everything in-between.
Coaching differs from therapy in that it’s more directive and collaborative. It’s a specific container for deep work, real focus, and gentle accountability.
While this isn't therapy, I'm a licensed therapist — and I bring that lens to everything I do.
Finally, I still believe in love. Deeply. I believe in your capacity to love and be loved well. That belief is what drives everything we'll do together.

The monthly retainer for two 1:1 sessions, voice memos, and a personalized curriculum/plan is $600. Starting 1:1 work requires a three-month commitment. After three months, we’ll revisit progress and can schedule one-off sessions rather than the monthly retainer. Length of work completely varies per person and will be discussed throughout our work together.

This is a coaching container, not a clinical therapy relationship. While I'm a licensed therapist and that lens informs everything I do, coaching is future-focused and action-oriented in ways that traditional therapy isn't always structured to be. We'll go deep, we'll explore roots, we'll do somatic work — but this isn't therapy. If at any point I assess that you need a higher level of clinical support, we'll discuss referrals and you'll receive a full refund for any remaining sessions. Your wellbeing always comes first.

I live in PST time zone, but have worked with individuals from all over the world. Typically calls are from 9am-5pm PST. However, I’m happy to accommodate based on time zones. Also, there is a 24 hour reschedule policy for live calls, after which you forfeit the session.
All sessions take place via zoom.
-
Between our sessions, you’ll be the option for one voice memo exchange per week (1 sent & 1 received) for real time support, feedback, and integration. Voice memos are capped at 5-minutes and have a 24 hour response time during the work week.

Yes, I take on a select number of couples each year who are willing and ready to work through relational dyanamics.
“I started this work because I wanted to find a relationship. But I didn't realize how much I needed this work to find myself. I'm more confident in the realm of dating, but also in being unapologetically myself in the process of finding love.”
